You will develop a greater understanding of the brain, emotions and actions, and you will learn techniques and activities that can enhance the wellbeing of the whole family. These courses are designed to introduce you to the research and science around well-being and mindful teaching. In partnership with the Government of British Columbia, Ministry of Education and Childcare, we have developed courses to support adult well-being in the K-12 education system. Each topic includes an information sheet accompanied by practices for you and practices that you can do together as a family. MindUP for Educators: Well-being and Mindful Teaching.
